Fanling Courses and Driving Range Scheduled to Re-open Tomorrow, Wednesday 11 August

Dear Members,

Good news! We are pleased to inform you that following Sunday’s extreme flooding and the subsequent great work by our course maintenance team, all three courses and the driving range at Fanling are scheduled to re-open tomorrow, Wednesday 11 August.

As previously communicated, such was the severity of the flooding that many bunkers were damaged. For the most part, these have been repaired, although there are a few that need to be worked on, particularly on the Old Course, over the following few days.

Please note that the golf courses are still very wet and the fairways have not been mown since Saturday. If golf carts are used, they MUST stay on cart paths only to avoid damaging the turfed areas. Please also remember to always fix your divots and repair your ball marks!
